SERVICE DEFINITIONS
VIDEO - Short Reel (edited and ready to post) for each time you are in the arena. RAW footage if you want it included at no charge (RAW is not delivered until AFTER the show due to huge file size).
PHOTO - BOTH full size, high resolution, fully released (you can do whatever you want with them) AND Web use (ready to post) versions.
Full Coverage - Both video & photo - $125 per run
Partial Coverage -Either video or photo only - $75 per run
OPTIONAL ADD ONS:
- MASH UP Highlight Reel - highlights from all runs - $75 made after the show
- FINALS PACKAGE - all of the photos and a mashup reel from finals runs - $200

TERMS & CONDITIONS
DISCOUNTS for multiple horses - 5% for 10 or more horses on one invoice.
INVOICES - Separate invoices can be sent directly to the owners/responsible parties at no charge. Payment is due upon receipt, a 10% fee will apply for every 30 day delinquency.
CONFLICTS: We do our absolute best to cover both arenas but sometimes we have a conflict we can’t avoid, therefore, invoices are not sent out until after we make sure we are able to cover all your trips into the arena, we will adjust if for example we are only able to do either photo or video if you signed up for both.
LATE FEE: The NRCHA charges us a late fee of $125 per client, that we have to pass on to the client. What that means is you MUST sign up on the list (no charge to sign up) before the media deadline (about 10 days before each show) or the fee will be applied. You MAY ADD horses throughout the show at no charge, but new CLIENTS will get charge. So sign up even if you are tentative please, there is no charge for that.
